Design that starts with access, not aesthetics.
With a background in Spaces and Objects Design, now creating digital products. Originally from Santiago, Chile, currently based in Turin, Italy, always designing with accessibility and real people at the center.
More about me
It started in a Universal Design class at university in Chile. I remember the exact moment a professor explained that disability isn't something that belongs to a person, it's created by the environment. That idea changed how I see design entirely.
I studied Spaces and Objects Design at Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago, a program centered on human needs, spatial thinking, and understanding how people move through and interact with environments. Those tools transferred more directly than I expected: user research, problem framing, designing for how people actually behave rather than how we assume they will.
Since 2022, living in Germany at the time, I started applying that foundation to UX/UI, first through self-directed learning and independent projects, and since late 2024 as part of the team at 79X Solutions, working on civic tech and nonprofit platforms where design decisions have real consequences for real people.
Outside of work, I chase good architecture in every city I visit, crochet and knit when my hands need something to do, bike long distances when I need to clear my head, and photograph at Hillsong Torino when I want to be somewhere else entirely.
